We have come into Paris from London on the Eurostar high-speed rail and a couple of times flying into Charles DeGaulle airport. On the next time we travel from the U.K. to France, we hope to take the bus and ferry across the Channel and get to know the western French countryside a little better. Our ministry has also take us to work in Lyon and the surrounding area there in eastern France. The one thing that is always true regardless of where and how we arrive is a wonderful sense of anticipation—anxious to see what the Lord is going to do and how He will use us while we are there.
We have found Paris, and Lyon as well,
to be a beautiful cities, absolutely bustling with activity and lifebut only
in the natural. These are simply some of the most spiritually dry places
that we have ever been. What a wonderful opportunity! It is so spiritually
dry that the smallest of sparks could start a raging fire of revival.
It is our hope over the next couple of years to plant Bible study
groups all over Paris, in Lyon and beyond and get people excited about the life-changing
Word of God.
It was a great blessing on our last trip to meet a wonder brother in Paris who we hope to be able to work with as plans progress for the Trinity Project.
