Mark Swiatosz
The photo on the left shows Mark (6'4") with a little boy in a
village in Cameroon, West Africa near their southern border with
the Congo. In addition to his ministry travels in Africa, Mark has
lived as a missionary in Belize, Central America working alongside
Allen and Alice McDaniel.
Mark was born in Buffalo, New York but moved to Orlando, Florida
at an early age. As a young teenager in the early 70's Mark accepted
Jesus as his savior in the parking lot of a Catholic Church. He
later joined the navy in the mid eighties during which time he had his
first contact with a Bible believing church.
Soon after leaving the Navy Mark met a brother at work, Bruce Bright, who invited him to bible studies at a church where he first met most of the folks who now make up the ministry of BibleTalk.
Mark says that still being single gives him more freedom to go
and to do whatever God calls him to. However, having said that,
if God has a "excellent wife" in the picture, Mark would not be at all opposed
to it. He continues to grow in knowledge and wisdom and in his desire to be a true
bond-servant of God.
In addition to his current job working for an electronic component company
where he makes parts for capacitors, Mark also teaches electrical theory at
Florida Electrical Apprenticeship & Training in Orlando.
